Acceptable Use Policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to (a) any Client of VELMORA LLC, (b) any visitor of velmoraseo.com, and (c) any visitor of a website that VELMORA LLC builds, hosts, or operates on a Client's behalf. By using any of these you agree to this AUP. Violation is a material breach of any related agreement.

You may not use Velmora services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Promote, facilitate, or engage in fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
• Host phishing pages or pages impersonating another brand without authorization.
• Sell or distribute controlled goods or services that require licensing you do not hold.
• Operate gambling services where you lack the necessary jurisdictional license.
• Host adult content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM is reported to NCMEC immediately), or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Conduct cryptocurrency mining, large-scale token issuance, or run a financial product without the required regulatory registrations.

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system except as permitted by our vulnerability-disclosure program.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or other access controls.
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or amplify them.
• Interfere with another user's use of the services or another site we host.
• Use a service to exfiltrate or proxy data in violation of any other party's rights.

Content posted on a site we host may not:

• Infringe a third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other right.
• Defame an identifiable person or entity.
• Incite violence or hatred against a protected group.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate a specific person.
• Make deceptive health, financial, or scientific claims that a reasonable person would understand as false.
• Solicit or distribute personal information about minors.
• Be deepfake material misrepresenting a real person without their consent, or election content that violates federal/state law on deceptive media.

You may not use sites or services we provide to:

• Generate or distribute AI-produced impersonations of real people without consent.
• Run automated content farms designed to manipulate search rankings (“black-hat” AI spam).
• Train a machine-learning model on data you do not have rights to use for training.
• Scrape Velmora services or sites we host in violation of robots.txt or rate limits.

If we provide email or newsletter functionality, you must comply with:

• The US CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701) — clear sender identification, accurate subject line, one-click unsubscribe honored within 10 business days, physical address in the footer.
• The EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR — prior consent for marketing email to EU residents; transparent unsubscribe.
• The UK PECR — the soft-opt-in or consent rules.
• The Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) where applicable.

You may not send unsolicited bulk email, purchase email lists, or harvest addresses from web pages.

We comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To report alleged infringement on a site we host, send a notice that includes the elements required by § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent:

Notices must include: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the rights-holder or authorized agent; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) the URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material; (iv) your contact information; (v) a good-faith statement; and (vi) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.

We process valid notices promptly and may, after reviewing a counter-notice, restore content per the safe-harbor procedure.

To report a violation of this AUP affecting velmoraseo.com or a site we host, email abuse@velmoraseo.com with:

• The URL or system involved.
• A description of the violation.
• Any evidence (logs, screenshots, message headers).
• Your contact information (so we can follow up).

We acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve verified reports as quickly as the facts allow.

We may, at our reasonable discretion and proportionate to the violation: (a) request a written remediation plan; (b) remove or block specific content; (c) suspend access to a service; (d) report the conduct to the appropriate law-enforcement authority; or (e) terminate the engagement for cause under the Terms of Service.

We will give written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where possible, except where the violation is severe, ongoing, or required by law to be addressed immediately (e.g., CSAM, active phishing).

We may revise this AUP from time to time. Material changes are announced on velmoraseo.com at least 14 days before they take effect; existing clients will receive direct notice by email.
